With over 30 years of transaction experience  Deirdre Ventura, CHB, has built a reputation as a trusted expert in hospitality real estate. She has completed hundreds of hotel sales and advisory projects nationwide, representing a broad spectrum of clients including banks, private investors, foreign investors, public and private companies, government agencies, developers, and major hotel brands.

Known for her skill in creative deal structuring and managing complex transactions, Deirdre has received multiple industry accolades such as Broker of the Year and Unique Deal of the Year awards from HBI where she also served a decade on the Board of Directors.

She has assisted several clients in diversifying their portfolios beyond hospitality, as well as guiding others with specific real estate goals that she is uniquely qualified to fulfill.

Deirdre has contributed her knowledge as a frequent guest lecturer at NYU, Cornell University, and the University of Texas at Austin. In addition to her real estate career, she is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and author of

"Upgrade Your Life One Bite at a Time" (available on Amazon).

Jeremie Babinet

Hi I'm Jeremie Babinet a SVP at Innvest Hotel Brokers. Originally from France and now based in Chicago, Jeremie has been working in hotel investment since 2003, helping investors, developers, and operators across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America.

Over the past 20+ years, he’s worn many hats—broker, appraiser, underwriter, and developer—giving him a well-rounded perspective on every side of hotel investment. Before joining Innvest, I also held development roles at Selina and Great Wolf Resorts, led feasibility for the Americas at Hyatt, and worked as VP of Investment Sales for JLL Hotels & Hospitality in Los Angeles and Paris.

Jeremie holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from Cornell/ESSEC and a master’s in economics and financial management from ASSAS University in Paris. Jeremie is also an active member of the Cornell Hotel Society. When he’s not working, Jeremie enjoys attending live music performances and art exhibits with his wife.
